Thatched roof house, built at the end of the 19th century, since 2015 continuously restored in top condition! 50 gauge adobe/stone walls keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Double insulated restored windows, the tiled stove with antique tiles was rebuilt, the chimney was renovated. It is heated next to the tiled stove with infrared panels. The installation of a gas central heating is possible, gas is on the property. Some of the floors are still covered with the original Italian ceramic tiles. The property is completely fenced in and very tastefully laid out with low-maintenance plants, gravel paths, a new terrace and guest house, also with a thatched roof.
